A brief lesson in Determination

A reporter once asked Muhammad Ali how many sit-ups he does every day.

He responded, “I don’t count my sit-ups, I only start counting when it starts hurting, when I feel pain, cause that’s when it really matters.”

Push through whatever is hurting you today. Continue to strive, to try, to overcome those obstacles, the real ones and especially the ones that exist only in your mind. Push yourself to have a victory today. Run for an extra minute, focus on writing one more paragraph, check one more thing off your to-do list. Be determined to make today a great one for yourself.

You can do it!
